It is a EB3 case, but my labor was approved on DEC'98. I restarted the processing in FEB'2002 (filed 140). They messed up my first finger print, so the second one was done on 10-DEC-2003. Hope this helps. Doip

Generally you will get one copy and your lawyer will get one copy (by mail from INS). Atleast it happened in my case. No, photocopy won't work.

If FBI says there is no problem with your FP, next step is to check with INS. If they also say that there is no problem, then you are all set. Otherwise you may have to go for repeat FP. Generally the AVM should be updated within a week or two.
