hi gurus I filed my 485 and EAD at the beginning of May. My 140 was approved under category of EB1-EA. My H1B is expiring at the end of June. It seems impossible for me to get EAD before July.Is my status legal if I don't extend my H1B? I really hate to extend it due to some reasons. thanks...

It might be based on your 140. My 140 was approved at TSC. I filed my 485 to NSC, which was transfered to TSC.

I think you should better apply for a Advanced Parole. although your H1B is valid, you may still need to get your visa approved. check with someone from your country, since you may have multiple entries on your H1B visa. good luck

try https://efiling.uscis.dhs.gov/efile/ I think it is ok to bind your materials into two pieces. My materials were binded into several pieces. I am not a lawyer. The above is just my opinion
