My NIW 140 is still pending(5 months), can I file EB1 now using premium process(PP)? I checked USCIS, it says if you have a 140 pending, you can not use PP for filing another 140? But my understanding is it's not in the same category, so I can use PP for my EB1. Anyone has this experience?
I had filed EB1A 140 two days ago (TSC) and have to find out whether I can file I 907 concurrently for PP service? Your comments is highly appreciated!
Also my supporting materials is about 7 cm thick and have to divided into two piceses. Has anyone done this and how do you make sure they won't trash one piece?
