Is the 485 application processed by the PD for LC applications and the RD of the 140/485. If PD is 2/03 for an LC app.; RD for 140 and 485 is 9/04. Then is the 485 processing date 2/03 or 9/04 I'm confused.

Just received my FP notice the other day. It just says code 1. Can I request INS to consider doing biometrics at that same time or should I wait to get another code 2or 3 at a later time and then go back and have my biometrics done. Thanks. roy1

I agree, as a dentist you are definately EB2. No Doubt. YOu may need academic eval for your course work but none the less you are EB2. Go for it ROy1

You are correct, your 2 options are paper and FP scanners. Supposedly the scanner response time is 5 minutes vs paper 5 days. Read the threads on 485's. Good luck Roy1
