cody2,
The last FP was in March. Then I also was send an RFI (yellow colored paper) - they asked for medical info and bio info.
Did you have to do 3 FPs? How about an RFI?
cody2,
Yes, twice. First time just the FP, second time they asked for my photo and FP (I belive those were partial on each hand, I mean not all fingers, just 1 or two on each hand).
Do you know if one of this procedures is Code 1?
The last update date for me: 05/05/2005. That was when they received my medical and bio update form. The fingerprints were done earlier.
And that is where I sit right now. Very tired of this uncertainty.
Hi guys,
I got an email stating that they received my response to the RFE request. The email went on to state that usually it takes 570-600 days to process a case. The same message is on the website on my case status info page.
What is your case status message now, after submitting RFE? Did it...
Ok, guys, I got another question.
How long did it take them to send you an email confirming receipt of your papers? I mailed my documents last week. I am rushing things?
Thanks!
Thank you, both!
I was able to register for online case status with email notifications.
In fact, I saw the case status link before but, for some reason, thought it was for attorneys only. :o
Thank you, EspressoJoy!
I will follow your advice and use the address on the letter.
One more question: how did you sign up for email notifications/confirmations?
Regards,
dilarossi
Hello!
I am not sure what address I shoul use for sending my papers in responce to Request for Initial Evidence:
should I use the PO Box I sent my original I-485 to
or
the PO Box on the letter (it's on yellow paper, the address is in the right-hand corner)?
Has anyone done this? If yes...
