It looks like all atlanta cases where it was sent to regional, the source is showing as State. Mine to is the same problem. I got my regional no too. The case was showing regional for more than 1 Year before it was transferred to Backlog centre. During the Atlanta process I had heard the cases...- vi_go

Date can be corrected Uhaa6, Ask your attorney to correct the date, thats a typo error by DOL. If recollect correctly in this forum ga2003 had the same problem and he got his date corrected. Your attorney should have the state receipt which the date is specified.- vi_go

Bombay, Did you check and confirm with DOL that they posted your DOL Receipt date wrongly on the AVM. This is their error and they should rectify it.
