i would suggest better renew your EAD&AP if expiring in next 3 month; even your case is with officer does not mean you will receive approval.....good luck!!

even myself feeling left out...and feeling if ever we will get GC approval by any mean or chance(as per me GC is like lottery)......it will be a regular stuff...nothing special..... we have got our 5th EAD&AP renewed...so long we are getting AP&EAD we are ok...

we had LUD on our I-485 today(10/03/07) looks like something is cooking...@USCIS not sure what but a wild guess is we might get approval soon.... or our cases are getting enter in retrogressed hole.

my 2 cents......USCIS cover page on top was the key... We should remember that people who pickup these FAX are getting $5 paid. we should be more accurate on sending any communication to USCIS...
