I just called up USCIS 1800 # and talk to their second level support. This IO told me that the RFE letter (since I have RFE/Intend to deny on my I-485) will not be sent to me. It will be sent to my lawery only. since my lawyer is attorny of record also it will not be sent to my address but only on attorney's address...is this true????? do you have any such experices???

yes, that was true in my case RFE was received by lawyer only...

That is true.In my case they had sent it to my lawyer only.It happened couple of years ago.Work on it ASAP

Yes, if you signed form G28 , then they will send RFE only to attorney.

you will get email update

They will send it to your lawyer but you will get an email update. Contact the lawyer immediately because they are sending the RFE by fax recently. It will be faxed to your lawyer the same day you get the email.
