Even though I filed my GC as a future employee, I started working for the "future employer" after EAD was issued . The RFE for I-140 was mainly oriented towards the company's financial ability. But the law firm insisted that I furnish my pay stubs. Does that answer your question?

Yes I was to told to submit previous 3 month pay stubs
