There are too many people with both PD and processing time current, and many people have been waiting for years. Lawsuit is probably the only reliable way.

Many of my friends who have stuck in name check have received RFEs recently. Maybe this is a trick USCIS uses to ease us so that fewer of us would go to court. I will see if anything happens within 2 months.

That's sad to hear. This means my name check might still be pending, although I have received an RFE. How much evidence do you need to collect before you can file a writ of mandamus?
