We both got our approvals today and I want to say that this site has been an excellent source of info for us over the last few years. I want to thank you all for the info shared here.

Here are my details:

EB2 MI NSC PD 5/2002
I-140 RD 6/2003
I-485 RD 8/2003
Job switch 6/2004 to my current employer in the same profession
I-140 AD 2/2004
RFE 5/4/2006
RFE Response 5/31/2006 (EVL & Other evidence)
I-485 AD 6/26/2006

Over the last three years, we had applied & got 4 EAD’s & one of us just applied for the 3rd AP.

Congrats a1b23! I have a question regarding your job change. Did you file AC21 when you changed your job? Do you know if your previous employer revoked your I-140? Please advice. I am really torn. Some say not to file AC21 on job change and wait for NOID, while some others say to file AC21 immediatly.
