Labor sub I am labor sub, the original PD is probably 1999. I am not sure that counts or not. The USCIS site say the current EB2 date is 12/2004, so it's not a suprise mine got approved.

My 140 got approved! ND 10/25/2004. My 485 got a LUD on 03/04/2005! I got my FP done. If there's no virus on Immigration site, I just can not believe this! Calvin

I have a question. As my 140 in EB2 category is too slow, is it possible for me to file another I140 based on EB3? As it’s gonna be much faster. And if I file 1 EB3 140, do I have to file a new 485? Can I also keep the original 140? I really don't care about the 485 in EB2/EB3...
