    No Title The RFE was to request completed Supplemental Form to I693 (immunization). It was sent to VSC on July 14 and they received it on July 24 (msg changed).

    My case is: ND 04/99 (EB1) RFE 07/15/00 (request for immunization records) Msg changed 07/27/00 (received RFE reply) Anxiously waiting for approval. Does anyone know if it is possible to get a 2nd RFE after 1st one? Just a thought and hope VSC won\'t delay the case again.

    What is the format for employment letter?

    I saw many RFEs are requesting job letter. What would be the best format? I think it should include the following information: Job title, hire date, current salary, full time/perm job, future perspective, etc. Comments and suggestions are welcomed!

    No Title I guess two things may hold up a case like yours. 1. Is your PD current? 2. Did you get a RFE? If your PD is current and you didn\'t get a RFE then there is definitly something wrong. Good luck.

    Anyone else with ND prior than 2/99 still pending?

    No Title I was told by an IIO that I485 usually takes 16-18 months. If it doesn\'t fall into this range, you better check with them. Good Luck!
