Anyone with RFE issue date later than July15 got approved?

My case is:

ND 04/99 (EB1)
RFE 07/15/00 (request for immunization records)
Msg changed 07/27/00 (received RFE reply)
Anxiously waiting for approval.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a 2nd RFE after 1st one? Just a thought and hope VSC won\'t delay the case again.
