There were no LUDs on my I-140 until approval (that is more than 15 months after ND) My last update on I-485 is for renewal of my EAD in May 2004

I had my FP in april 2004 KARNS "Mera Bharat Mahan" and if you dont understand that it means my INDIA is the greatest.

I-140/I-485 ND 04-01-2003 I-140 (no RFE) AD 7-7-2004 I-485 AD 7-9-2004. I-140 took a long time but surprisingly 485 got approved in two days! Good Luck Patriot

JSYZ Did your I-140 get approved (your dates were close to mine as far as I remember) I did FP sometime in the first half of April 2004. Did you finish your FP too? Hopefully you will have similiar adjucations pretty soon. thanks patriot

MY 485 GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!! Just 2 days ago my 140 got approved (ND 04-01-2003-- AD 07-07-2004) after a long and painful wait. Today I was just checking my online status just out of habit. i-485 ND 04-01-2003 AD 07-09-2003. Thank you all! You are a great group. Good Luck Patriot

My brother has an I-140(EB3) pending since Feb 2003, the status inquiry almost 3 months ago is still without any response. His Ead renewal was approved in early March without triggering any action on I-140. I really dont know what else one can do.

I'm little confused here, did you apply your I-140/485 at VSC and then got transfered to a local office in NSC area? (Since you said you are now living in Fargo-NSC jurisdiction). I think we are in a similiar situation. You can send me a private message if you want.

I did not, but my brother did. Its almost 2 months now and he did not get any information yet. By brother's EAD renewal was approved last week.
