    No idea............. I haven't heard a single case like this. You can definately enter using AP.

    As long as you have an AP, you should be fine even if your I-485 gets approved while you are out side of country. AP is for that purpose only.

    Baski555...........I don't know what to say here. Just that we both & lot many are in this boat of NSC. Regarding going to India, please get AP done & go. I have renewed my AP 2 times and now it will expiry next month. Everytime I hope that this is last time I use AP / EAD and no more renewals...
