    Redo I-140 question

    My company name changed after I applied for I-485. My I-140 and I-485 has the same name(old name). I don\'t know if my lawyer informed INS about the name change. Can anybody tell me if this is a problem? I saw many people posting on this board redo I-140 RFEs due to company name...
