As of 31July, VSC claimed processing 07/15/99 cases. Can you believe that?

I am wondering
1) VSC did not post the details of pending cases. How do you
know "majority" has not been done yet?
2) VSC may do wrong calculation. But I don\'t think the agency
would intentionally give wrong info.

The official processing times from VSC as of 07/31/00 are out. You can check them at http://www.immigration-law.com. As per the site, VSC is officially processing cases of 07/15/00 as of 07/31/00. What a pity?

I spoke to an IIO today and she told me they are processing july-sept cases now. I asked her about the earlier cases, she saild that thwy will do them to. It looks like, VSC wants to show taht they are upto date with other center\'s by doing only 10% of the cases in each month.

From what I was made to understand by the VSC IIO, that I spoke to, was that the 485 cases that have already been applied, are processed as per the ND. The PD or catogery does not matter. BUT, the catch here is, that after they approve the case, for the visa, the case is sent to the DEPT of STATE and these guys will not issue u a visa till ur PD becomes current.
