change of address procedure ?
No Title you can call INS and speak to IIO with your EAC info. IIO will make the change without asking any other security info. It is as easy as it sounds. I did that last month.- jaibharath

No Title Thanks, I was just worried if this oct 6th is some how related to OCT ND (mine is oct ND). Unfortunately OCT is scary (Halloween) month and also INS fiscal year which scares all OCT RD/ND 485 waiters. !!- jaibharath

Experts, pls check nov 2000 visa bulletin(on this site) and read the paragraph titled"Statutory visa numbers" carefully. It says "for 485 adjustment of status demands received before 6th october...bla..bla." Can some one please understand what exactly it means and...- jaibharath

No Title just spoke to IIO. Mine is also EAC-00-000....since my RD is oct 99 She said they just got the visa bulletin today and it is available up until Nov 99. She said I am in good shape to get my 485 processed.- jaibharath

No Title myladoor, pls add my info to your list. PD Jun 1996 I485 - RD:sep 30,99/ ND:oct 12,99/FP Aug 31,2000 2 EADs, 2 APs still waiting for approval.. Do you think they stop or take a break after all sep99 ND cases are done? Then I will be stuck I guess !!! Thx for the wonderful...- jaibharath
