went to congress.gov to get the senator name and their website address.
Got the phone number of local office and called them. They asked to fax the details along with a copy of I485 Receipt.
Just sent the details with all the dates RD,ND,FD and RFE Dates (if any)

I got mine transferred from TSC to VSC. It took 4 months to transfer . But During this period Neither TSC nor VSC knew where my file is.

As per IIO, it will take at least a month. but that is just an estimate it may be more. Why? They are working on backlogs.
