Got RFE for employment letter on Dec. 20. My ND is Sept. 14, 99. EAC 99-265. Does anyone know if a salary of 64K is enough to satisfy minimum salary requirement for software engineer at NJ area? Thank you very much for the help.

After waiting for 1.5 years, I just heard from VSC AVM that a REF is issued to me on Dec. 20, 2000. Don\'t know what is about. How disappointed! Is it true that the REF case will NOT be transfered to local? If it is true, it is better than being transfered to local. Merry Christmas!
