After seeing an approval from an Oct RD case (Nov ND) (in PCee List), I just don\'t know what to say anymore about the way CSC process applications. Is it by ND, RD, PD or luck? Just can\'t speculate anymore. the only choice I have is to relax and wait for my turn. This is really frustrating...
