    Hello everyone, Can someone help us out with this. Wife received EAD through my company and presently working on H1 visa with a consulting comany. The comapny stops paying. Will there be a probelms 1) for her legal status on EAD. 2) In Obtaining the Green Card for both of us.

    Gurus !! What if company lays off a person on EAD and 180 days of I485 filing is not yet over. What will be the impact on the Green Card? Please share your knowledge.
