My wife and myself received the courtesey copy of the I485 approval during the weekend. Here are my details.

ND: 04/04/00

Courtesey copy mailed on June 4th, and recd on June 8th. The AVM has not yet been updated. Called the IIO two times last month and was told that it will take upto 60 days.

Also, I had forgotten to mention - My wife did not have a Birth Certificate - And my I140 was approved on March 26th, 2000. EB2 and EB3 was current those days - And the dates were going to go back on April 1, 2000. As a result I had only 4 days to do my medical and gather all the documents and mail it to VSC.

My lawyer told me not to worry and she did an affidavit for my wife. And I rushed the application - INS seems to have accepted the affidavit !

Hi kumar_Arun congrats.I saw in your previous post that your wife
could not get all immunizations due to pregnancy.Did she get RFE for that?Or you got approval without it?I am expecting RFE for very same
reason but there is no RFE or approval yet.

She was exempted from certain immunizations as she ws pregnant. And we did not receive an RFE for anything !!

I guess it depends on the IIO - Most don\'t ask for it and let it go.

Hi Kumar_Arun, my case is similar to yours, my 140 was approved in Feb, 2000 and I had to rush my 485 filing as it was
to go back in April 2000, my ND was march 28 and pd is same as yours 03/99/EB2/India, I am still waiting for the good news,
I wish I could hear this week.

I don\'t remember my exact priority date - However, I shall find it out and post the same.
