    No Title Ravi... I think you should ask your lawyer to call INS. I was in the same situation. When my lwayer called INS, my case took a big turn and I got the approval with in 3 weeks. Try this.

    No Title My Lawyer also called IIO to find out the status of RFE. I think that helped me a lot. Ask your lawyer to call IIO.

    No Title Guys... I think it is taking between 4-5 weeks after the change of AVM. You should receive approvals soon. I was one of the frustrated people on AVM updates. It took 2 months to update AVM in my case. INS got very poor mail area. First they have to improve that. Good luck for all...

    Is Courtesy approval notice enough for PP stamping?

    No Title courtesy copy was sufficient for me too. Courtesy copy will have the correct address (your address .. not the lawyer address). When I went to PP, the person asked me to show original but took courtesy copy.

    My case is finally approved after a RFE on w2s. I should thank CIBA and all other friends who gave me enough information. Case details 05/99 PD - India EB2 09/00 ND 02/01 FP 03/01 RFE on w2s 05/01 AVM updated on RFE 06/06 Approved. Ciba Please update my details. I will let you know...

    No Title We sent the RE to the INS address. Not to an officer. INS received RE on 04/11 according to UPS. But it went into the system on 05/21. Thanks Again. Hope we all get our approvals soon.

    No Title Finally AVM updated with the RFE receipt status. I sent all documents on 04/10 and AVM says they received it on 05/21. INS is Great.I am happy that they received it. Now message says case will take between 900-990 days. How funny?
