Could you pls post details of your RFE in terms of dates- when INS sent, you replied, AVM updated etc.

Mine is also approved after RFE. See my postings. I\'d have to go for Stamping at Sanfrancisco. Could you give me suggesstions ragarding what to carry and whether would they ask any questions?

Hi Ravi,

I think if you reach 8AM to SFO office it will be easy. They should not ask us any questions other than Passport details etc... I am also checking with my friends. I will post it.

  Please advice me calling IIO once a week is a postive or negative sign because
I got a RFE for w2s and recent employment letter from the employer on JAN2001 feb12 INS received it initially AVM says it will take 900 to 999 days few weeks before after it says processing time for my case is 0 days and now it says since preliminary processing is done my case will take 900 to 999 days. I am little bit confused please
advice me what you think

Questions for you both when your AVM when did it say they received it?

Mine received by INS on 4/23 but AVM says received on 6/4?, so I would like to make a guess estimate.

Ignore the rediculous message you hear from the AVM system.
The message means nothing. It is currently takes several
months for them to adjudicate the case after RFE is received.
Many folks are in the same boat.
