yes once approved the green card is from the date of approval. Your h1 is not valid from the date gc is approved

guys If you follow the message on the 1-800 number they ask us to not to call them within 60 days of receipt of any communication. so if we done finger print in dec earliest we can call is end of january.... :mad: :mad: even though your dates are beyond the uscis timings....that sucks

guys what is the number to contact to see if finger printing results have been send back to tsc? do they need alien number or ssn to verify the same? thanks in advance
