H1 transfer, Help needed.
While I don't think an experience letter is required for an H1-B transfer, I am not very sure about that. My guess is that you having an H1-B already and paying taxes itself is probably proof enough for them that you are working. They shouldn't be needing anything more. Your new H1-B should not invalidate your previous one. Your previous one (the one with company A) will be invalidated only if they file for it. SSN isn't a requirement for an H1-B anyway.
