I took the 6 year licence from CT and had no problem they never asked for a thing just to smile at the camera.. I think the reason they do not ask for documentation is because CT is one of the hardest states to get a drivers licence you had to have valid papers to go in at the beginning

It seems to me that the cases are being dealt with as they are received into the transferred office which mine was transferred oct 31st 2003 so that is now my new RD it was good to see the jump from dec to april but calculations show that it means they are working on 1 month of cases in 1 month...

I have a question once your case is transferred does the online message become useless or do they still update it.. with new info. ie fingerprints RFE approval.. Just curious

if you go into the transfer cases and hartford you will see CAmscreeni has just been for his interview at Hartford and it is taking 16 months .. I was transferred there oct 2003 so it looks to be next year before we get anything..

Good Luck after a long wait.. my case was only transferred oct 03 you should ask them after they have stamped and everything approved whats the wait time for interview after transfer..

You need to call Hartford its states they are processing cases with a RD of 10 November 2002 and your case is oct 2002 .. thats a long wait I was only transferred there Oct 2003 so looks like another Long haul...

your kids do not need the EAD if they are not working my lawyer just said in order to get him a SSn just apply once then keep the 120 in my pocket on future filings

I have a question !! when your case gets transferred from VSC to district does the district office update the online status if it gets approved or interview or does VSC just do that...??:confused:

I applied for EAD for my 6 year old in order to get him a SSN so we can claim him on the tax's and get him health ins but we never renewed it as he never needed it for work purposes.

So half the jury is saying that its based on the original RD and the other half saying you go into the district RD surely having sat in VSC for 16 months and then put into another back log of 18 months is totally unfair where is justice ... its all right saying all we can do is wait but wait...
