    3rd FP notice received

    When my wife did her FP on 09/05/2004, had lot of ridge errors as her hands were very DRY and that ASC person took all most half hour to complete the process.. and he also said that it is possible that she may be getting another FP later on.... FBI sent the results on 09/06/2004.. the online msg...

    I do not mean to scare (and may be wrong too)...Will this not be considered as bankrupt?Isn't there a clause in the 485 form that "Have you ever filed a bankruptcy?" or something.. In that case how would they treat it? How much money are you talking about here ?

    If you don't care about the family (not being with your wife), then you may talk your attorney and may withdraw her i-485.At least you can get the approval without any interview process. Just a thought..
