Just wondering for the possibility for 2nd RFE. Ain't they supposed to scrutiny the documents in the first time?

yes, but is it bad thing or good? not sure if I know the answer but think about it.
one get RFE because nurse in medical center messed up medical documents and u have been asked to to do medical again, u do it again but for some reason they forget to send an important document this time.
what should USCIS do now? rewject your case or send another RFE asking u to correct this prob?
so I guess it can be good or bad both, but technically, thewy can throw 2 RFEs .
