Yes. Only your main job needs to be in the same labor category. The other part-time jobs could be in any field - doesn't have to be related to your labor at all. Also once you use EAD, your H/L status is invalid - so make sure you are using EAD for your primary job as well.

She is wrong ... As far as I can remember PD came only in the 140 approval notice. The 485 receipt notice PD is blank. Your PD is OK if the 140 approval notice PD is correct.

It could be that they are giving this as the standard response to get people off the phone. I suggest you contact your Senator or Congressman & have them initiate the query -- I've seen that their queries get a more "appropriate" response. Good luck

Nope -- its not connected Code 1: 1-0 fingers Code 2: Biometrics Code 3: 1 + 2 as above. You will get Code 3 first and then Code 1 every 15 months or so (approx) till you get approved.

But fees are mis-leading -- since the new fees include the cost of EAD/APs. With the old fees, USCIS got a recurring revenue stream from EAD/APs and renewals from applicants for about 3 years (x2 as most had at least one dependent). So I really don't think this had anything to do with fees in...
