As far as the tracker goes, we've had 8 cases processed this week so far. Last week had 13 (compared to 20 the week before). So it's possible that we're still on track to have an "average" week if we get a few more approvals over the next few days. I was hoping earlier that we'd be seeing 20+...
Tracker Updated (I-485 approvals)
Added I-485 approval info for indianexpert (I-140 ND: 0/12/03 I-485 ND: 09/22/03 AD: 12/15/04).
This approval was 5 days early according to the "Expected Days Remaining" from the tracker for this case :).

According to the "Expected Days Remaining" in the tracker for your case, this shouldn't have happened for another 5 days :D.

And, we've even seen a couple cases where people's EADs have been approved some time *after* the I-485 approval. I'd say that apart from possibly having to pull the I-485 case to verify it for the EAD / AP process, there's probably little truth to the theory that these can trigger the I-485...

Congrats. It's possible that you've been slated for a concurrent / semi-concurrent approval -- we've seen a few cases like that recently (3 of them in the tracker for EB1 cases).

The activity for 10/23/03 cases continues... Not quite the activity that we've seen for scans of other...
Just grab one of the files that I've posted recently :). If you know Excel, you shouldn't have a problem. If you don't, you might want to just delete everything and start from scratch.
