I-140 approved I checked my status online this morning, the LUD is still 3/1/2006. In this afternoon, got emails both from USCIS and my attoney on the approval of my I-140 case. Now I have to wait for the priority date to become current.

Rir? I just got confused by the screen shot I got recently: Processsing Type = RIR Case Status = RIR Case Source = Region What's mean of all these?? My PD= Nov. 2002. The 45 letter was replied Oct.2005. How it takes for them to process the cases? Seems a lot of folks got certified...

finally approved I just got email from the immigration law firm that my case got certified. My case is almost 60 days from filing. Good luck to all of you. This forum and this thread have become a great resource for me.
