I wonder if EB3 cases that are pending due to RFE will also not be adjudicated !!! if this is the case, I might as well wait till October now. I-485 RD 07/05/2002 FP 1 01/08/04 FP 2 07/01/05 (scheduled to go) RFE received 05/10/05 and same standard message.
