FP notice

Hi all,

I received my fingerprint notice today schedules for 07/01/05. I am going to try to get it done tomorrow, if they will let me, in Ft. Worth.

The weird part is that my I-485 has been pending since 07/05/2002 and I recently received an RFE for status by officer 130. RFE was acknowledged on 05/10/2005. And am getting the usual message now..RFE received and it is taking 850 to 900 days...

My fingerprinting was done on 01/08/2004. Do I have to wait till this new one is done now to get a decision? the wait is just awful. I am thinking about calling TSC tomorrow.

Any suggestions !!!

Try to go for early FP, I believe their system missed/failed to issue ur FP when bulk FP were issued in Feb 05, and most ppl filed in 2002 received.

complete ur FP, keep cheking online status for LUD, calling them before FP won't worth.

You have waited a lot, hope few more weeks more patient will bring good news for u.

Thanks for your reply. I did go to Ft. Worth and try my luck, but this guy at the door said that without appointments, they are not taking FP. So, I just came back and will go back on the appt. date.

LUD just changed once on 05/11/05. I did call TSC and talked to a nice lady last week. She didn't even know about my FP notice and just said that case is with the officer and pending.

I believe that FP are generated by a seperate system that go by your dates. Because it says on there that disregard this notice if application has been granted...

Sorry to hear it that they didn't allow it, do u have any other office near u try there by explaing that u have to go for out of town.

of go back same may be the same guy won't be here, waiting July would be so painful. never give up always try. :D

The msg 'disregard this notice...' is common and printed in all FP notices.
