No issue for F1 brother as well as long as Valid status is kept. Tell your brother on F1, not to be out of status ever! F1 -> OPT -> H1. May be he finds a nice girl and get married then you have to withdraw your petition so his spouse could file.

Sorry about the typo, i was indeed referring to I-765. I am filling 485, 130, 131 and 864 all together for my wife; so (C)(9) should be the correct category to put on I-765 on question # 16?

I walked in with my SSN card and DL to the local IRS office and asked for Tax transcripts for last five years. After an hour long wait one of the representatives printed all what needed. I think this approach is better then waiting 4 weeks for IRS to mail all this out.

I wonder if IO mentioned anything about status of your GC. Since you applied six months after your marriage you should have received a conditional 2 year GC; which requires you to file necessary paper work to remove conditions after designated time. I think you should contact USCIS and confirm...
