Can someone scan results for ND 10/29/03. FP1 done on 10/21/03 still waiting?

The question is regarding the Non - availability certificate to be given from the Mucipal or magistrate? So thats the third form of saying no we dont have the certificate. I saw cases where if they have not provided this they received RFE. Advice?

I had submitted two affadavits while applying 485. I understand from the forum that there is a potential chance of RFE. Can some one suggest what should I do, as I do not have the Birth Certificates. Your help is appreciated. RD: 10/29/03.

RD : 10/29/03 ND : 01/14/04 for 140 approved on 06/01/04 Can some one explain me why are the RD and ND have so much of difference in terms of days, and is 485 ND same as 140 ND. concurrent filing. Shoud I monitor based on ND or RD. FP done on 10/21/04 .. Only and No Luds since 10/28.

I-140 rejected... Can we use the LC of the person who\'s I-140, was rejected and use that LC to file for the other more qualified employee.
