I came to US on h4,and subsequently got H1B. H4 got expired in Nov, 01 and my H1b is valid through2003. Now my question is: Can i stay till the validity of my H1B is US or is there any rule that says i need to get the H1B visa stamp in my passport before it expires? Someone said to me so...
