Hi, i came to US on H4 and then got H1B . Now i want to go to Canada for multiple stamping. My Old I-94(when i came on h4) is expired, but the new
I-94(i got with H1b) is valid through 2003. This is the Verbatim i found in
DOS website.

Please note that if you are out of status you are not eligible to apply at a border post. In other words if you have remained in the U.S. longer than the period authorized by the Immigration Officer when you entered the U.S., you must apply in the country of your nationality.
