Cbalas is right ..nowadays all these guys are sending premiun processing cases to Security Checks that needs 6-8 months to come through ...Any body getting their Premium cases in Security check pla share exps..

Yes if there is a security check then premium processing cannot expedite the process . I am too in the same boat . Applied for H1B extension with PP on October 21st, 2008 . Still waiting for response from VSC. When checked via attorney they said that it was in security check.

My I-140 was approved on 8/29/2008 after documents were received on 8/25/2008.

I just applied for I-140 on Jan, 2008

It was work experience and they send out the details that was not in the earlier experience letter . I send the updated experience letter.

I will do that but they are giving only 30 days to reply and RFE details reached my employer 10 days past the date on the RFE notice....How serious the RFE is ? Any idea of it getting approved?

My priority date is April 2, 2007 But i received the Labor on 8/01/2007 . I -140 was applied on Jan 24rth ,2008 . The RFE is on work experience and have asked me submit evidence of skill sets . The employer or the TSC people have botched up the skill since that RFE shows few different skill sets...
