It was work experience and they send out the details that was not in the earlier experience letter . I send the updated experience letter.

I also got RFE and TSC asking for exp letter with discription of the experience. Could you please tell me
what is the format of exp letter you submitted? (My exp letters just show that I was working as consultant. No technology mentioned.)
was it from HR or colleague?
Appreciate your response.
 
Did you just apply 140 on its own or concurrently ? bec I applied for I140 last Sept and its still pending.
 
I applied for I-140 and Got RFE on Nov 30th for 2007 tax returns and W2.Lawyer replied back On Dec 13th and today i see Current Status : Document mailed to applicant.
Is this Approval Notice sent or another RFE. Please help me

Did you get the mail? Was it your approval? Eager to know. I am in a similar situation and going to reply to the RFE either today or tomorrow.

I had RFE in aug 2009 and replied in sep 2009.
After that i see status changed to Document mailed to applicant on 02/02/2010.Concerned on what it could be.
RFE was just about education credentials,work experience and company w'2 which were all answered.
