Talked to IIO Today Did get hold of an IIO and asked about the AP approval not being received problem. He suggested to send request (fax) for duplicate copy. The fax number is 949-389-3055. Also do include the WAC number and all the details. Hope this helps. :)

I-140 applied .. My RD is 01/07/02      ND is 01/15/02 Lawyer says 30-60 days for approval is this true? Also if I opt for CP, do I need PCC from US and India ? Where do i apply for those ? All answers/inputs welcome. Thanks Guys Sandip
