I entered 3 times on AP and always gave 1 copy. Never got questioned about the other copy.

I had send an email. They don't accept faxes any more.

I didn't get my wife's last name after marriage as I didn't want to create any potential problems with my GC. Now I have received my GC, how should I go about the changing the last name? Any suggestions!!! Thanks -Rambo

I had send an enquiry to FBI, I got the response after 6 weeks. They are slow but they do respond.

You need a seperate appointment for each family member.

You can try without the infopass also. Be prepared to wait for a long time. Try going early in the morning.

The email works. I got a reply from FBI that my name check was completed in January 2003. I got the email a month after I got the approval. Better late than never. But the email works with FBI
