My lawyer mailed the RFE (I-140) response on 3/23 and I received confirmation email from USCIS on 3/28. Both I-140 and I-485 got approved on 4/14. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

I am not sure I understood the question correctly --- After RFE notice (through email), it took 5 business days to receive the real notice via Snail mail. My lawyer replied to the RFE with in few days and USCIS confirmed the receipt via email. My case was approved on the 14th biz day after uscis...

Both me and my spouse got FP done not biometrics. So when we go for stamping have to do the bio stuff.
