Specific for EB3 Case (PD XX/XX/2001), CA

I 140 and 485 are denied. If MTR is opened for I 140 and 485 and if I 140 is approved, what will be the status for I 485. Can MTR applicable for both or need to wait until the new Priority Date starts? Or I 485 needs to apply again

Sorry to hear that. It's good that MTR is open.
What's your orginial filling status, was it concurrent, priority date etc.

As far as I know (all these may not correct, I learnt from different forums)

(1) if I 140 is approved, what will be the status for I 485 --- it will proceed with it's own MTR priority date.

(2) Can MTR applicable for both or need to wait until the new Priority Date starts? --- should be applicable to both

(3) Or I 485 needs to apply again ---Usually no.
