hi ravvp, Friend of mine was in same situation like yours. He changed his lawyer to Sheel Murthy and she re-did his edu eval and bunch of other supporting docs. and he got is 140 approvd in less than 2 months after denial. bottom line, get hold of a real good lawyer. good luck
