gc_nh, When was your namecheck cleared, did you enquire. My case is exactly like yours: Sub labor, EB3, PD 2/1/2002 Transferred to NSC in Feb 2nd FP on Apr 10th I took a infopass appoinment last week to check about namecheck and officer told me it is not clear yet.

Me too, today 4/4, for all, me, wife and child. Already received FP notice for me and wife. Looks like lot of cases that got LUD are EB2. Mine is EB3, PD not current, but still same pattern.

I got 485 LUD on 3/31 too(only mine, not wife/child), but no change on I-140 though. My PD is 2/2002, EB3, India. I have not received FP notice yet, I will keep posted if I get one in next few days.

I got the exact same pattern. Last LUD after transfer to NE was on 3/1. Today got LUD only on my 485, not wife or son. Please keep posted if you get any FP notice etc.
