Mine got approved as of yesterday (31 august 2004 ) and spouse's still not approved. No RFE yet. 2nd FP done as of July 31 2004 , LUD changed 08/09/2004.

Approved.. Just got the million dollar mail of approval. Primary approved.. Derivative still pending. 2nd Fp July 31 2004 (early FP by 3 weeks) AD August 30, 2004. A long journey of 3 years and 8 months is over at last.

Looking at the dates in this forum as well as rupnet , it seems lots of approvals are coming for people with dates on or after august 02. But what about people like us whose dates are July 2002. Has USCIS forgotten our cases ? Details are EB2 485 ND July 06 2002 1 FP August 2002 2 FP July...

Hi , you should be happy at least your case is touched by INS. My ND is also july 6 2002, but did not hear anything.. did FP2 on July 31 2004 and message changed as on august 6 2004. Did not hear anything after that. This is a really frustrating process.

Our 2nd FP done on 07/31/2004. Message changed on 08/09/2004 which says "On august 06,2004, we received the FP results .. and processing has resumed "

Based on the experiences currently, usually how many days it takes for Approval/RFE after 2nd FP..??
