q about approval of dependent

My case was approved last week but dependent still no LUD change and nothing has happened as yet, though both were filed at same time same day.(ND Oct2002). Any pattern or guesss when dependent may be pproved. Lawyer has told me that generally dependent cae is approved (handled) after approval of primary, but I have seen all of them approved at the same time. Any imput please on this issue! :mad:

Allow me to congratulate you again.

As for your dependent, I saw them being approved anytime between days, to months. Sometimes it's stuck due to name check, background check, things that are not USCIS dependent, but you never know. I hope it helps,
 
Even our case is like that .. my case got approved but my dependents not ...LUD changed on the same day as mine 08/09/2004 (For FP2 - done together on same day) , my LUD changed again on 08/31/2004 (for approval) by my spouse's didnt. Honeyhappy let me know if u hear something. When did yours get approved ?
